I offer a range of online training & nutrition plans. I specialise in Powerlifting, Strongman/woman & general weight training. These can be programmes to aid weight loss/reduce body fat, build lean muscle, gain strength, prepare to compete or just general get healthier & fitter. Online training plans include video analysis of lifts sent via whatsapp to ensure technique & form is good. Nutrition plans have a weekly check in via email. All plans require progress pics as we know not all results are on scales or by lift increases, visual results are a lot harder for us to see in ourselves so comparisons are great for this. These pics can be kept anonymous or private if you don't want me to share them (covered in plan sign up with permissions etc).

I also offer 1 to 1 personal training sessions for those wanting some dedicated time to learning how to lift correctly, form correction, technique work, learning new exercises or just want/need pushing in the gym.
